He showed up on time, did a tour of the property to see if anything needed to be pretreated and got started right away. Communication before booking was great, he was upfront about pricing, suggesting when to book based on our situation and made everything very easy. I had submitted contact info on his site, he called me and then we were able to text communicate for any quick questions or confirmations. We’re very happy with how everything turned out and noticed right away that all of the carpet seemed refreshed. In the summer, you’re definitely going to want to give yourself ~24 hr dry time with the humidity before putting everything back together. Thank you to David and his team!
